Action Item – Writing and Calling Your Two U.S. Senators and Your Representative in the U.S. House Concerning Judicial Tyranny and Saving Our Constitutional Republic
We have reached a crisis with judicial tyranny in our country. This is what the Founders considered the greatest threat to our Constitutional Republic. That lower court federal judges are now presuming to have authority to override and obstruct the constitutional powers of the President, in clear violation of the Separation of Powers clause, reveals how shockingly far this has now reached.
Nowhere does the Constitution grant these judges, or even the Supreme Court justices, authority over the President or Congress. Consider the impracticality of having several hundred lower court judges capable of countermanding or canceling a presidential action or dictating whom he can hire and fire within the Executive Branch. How could any government effectively function with so many potentially contradictory directives?
Furthermore, foreign policy is explicitly named in Article II of the Constitution as the sole authority of the President. It is obvious that each branch of government cannot have its own foreign policy, as these activist judges are presuming to do. These judges are fundamentally violating the Constitution they swore to uphold.
Who Is Supposed to Be Holding These Rogue Judges Accountable?
Article I gives this responsibility to Congress, which alone possesses the power to impeach or the power of the purse to defund such overreach when necessary.
What Can We Do?
It is time for We the People, the ultimate sovereign in our Democratic Republic, to stand with our President against this egregious assault on our Constitution, which is the declared “supreme law of the land.” We can do this by:
