In 1996 we added about 140 acres to our land in the Moravian Falls Project. One tract contained a beautiful mountain home that we are converting into a music recording studio. It should be completed by June, and will greatly increase our music production capabilities. It is also serving as Don and Christine Potter's home until theirs can be completed.
After completion of the studio we hope to begin construction of a lodge. This will serve as a place to begin daily worship services as a foundation for our vision of 24- hour worship (ultimately we will be building a special facility just for this). The lodge will also be open for members of the MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries and the MorningStar Support Team (our regular supporters). Here they will be able to stay for periods of time to seek the Lord and fellowship with one another. We are hoping to have at least the first part of the lodge completed this year. It will be designed so that we can continually add on to it as the funds become available.
After we have finished the first phase of the lodge, we intend to begin building individual, two-bedroom cabins on our "Little Switzerland" section of the retreat
property. This is being purchased with the donations we have received from Switzerland. All major donations received from other countries will be used to buy land to be named after those countries. We will then build facilities for hosting church leaders from those nations. We expect this to become a place that will greatly increase the interchange between the churches and movements in different countries. Of course, we hope that this will also eventually result in "a house of prayer for all nations. "
A special community for the worship leaders, prophetic and teaching ministries is scheduled to begin early next year. Soon after that we want to add a Children's and Youth Camp. Overall we are satisfied that this project is moving ahead at a good pace. We greatly appreciate all of you who have been faithful supporters of this vision.

Momentum is growing with our Moravian Falls Project. We now have nearly 300 acres, with six houses and cabins. The entire project is unfolding at a steadily increasing pace. This is critical for us, because Moravian Falls is where MorningStar will be launched into its ultimate purpose. Thanks to all of you who continue to be faithful friends and supporters of this project. You will be getting a much more comprehensive update soon.
